The bridle leather on this pad is thick and broke in within a couple days, way better than the flimsy pad I had before. Keeps the reel from digging into my hip when I'm pulling wire all afternoon.

Wore this under my tie wire reel for a full day of tying rebar and the padding actually made a difference by mid-afternoon. The 12-14oz bridle leather hasn't softened up too much yet, which I take as a good sign it'll hold up on the job.
