Wore these through a full day of mucking stalls and my feet stayed dry and warm the whole time. The merino really does breathe, though they run a bit thick so size up if your boots are snug.

The 70% merino blend actually keeps my feet warm without that sweaty feeling I usually get from thick socks. Wore them two days straight in my work boots and they still didn't smell or sag. The bit of spandex makes a real difference in how they hug my heel.

Wore these on a five-mile hike in wet 40-degree weather and my feet stayed dry and warm the whole time. The nylon and spandex give just enough stretch that they don't sag down into my boots.
