I've been running a framing crew for years and my lower back used to ache by noon, but sliding this under my third bag changed that. The polyethylene stiffener keeps it from folding over, and the high density foam doesn't flatten out after a week like the cheap pads I've tried.

The foam pad actually made a difference by the end of a long trim day, way less ache in my lower back. It slides in fine under my third bag and the stiffener keeps it from folding over. Didn't expect a $20-ish add-on to change my whole setup.

After eight hours of framing, my lower back usually aches but the high density foam pad on this actually made a difference. The polyethylene stiffener keeps it from folding over when I squat down. Fits fine under my third bag too.
