Ten tool holders sounded like overkill until I actually loaded it up for a framing job and everything had a spot. The extra pouch on the outside keeps my tape and pencils right where I can grab them without digging. Build quality feels solid enough to take a beating on site.

Switching from a two-pouch setup to this one took a day to get used to, but the extra outer pouch means my fasteners and loose screws finally have their own spot instead of rolling around with the tools. The 10 holders swallow my framing nailer, tape, and pry bar without anything digging into my hip

The extra outer pouch on this one is what sold me, since I can keep my framing nails separate from the trim stuff without digging around. Ten holders is plenty for a full day's work. Only gripe is the belt loops took a few days to break in.
