Didn't think I needed a dedicated hammer holder until I got tired of my framing hammer swinging around in my pouch. The leather loop holds it snug even when I'm bent over running wire, and the steel clip hasn't slipped off my belt once. Should've bought this years ago.

The steel clip grips my tool belt way tighter than the plastic holder I had before, hasn't slipped once on the ladder. Leather's already softening up after a couple weeks of daily use.

Clipped this onto my belt loop and it hasn't budged once, even hanging off a ladder all afternoon. The steel clip grabs thick denim without bending, and the leather loop holds my 16oz hammer snug without scratching the handle.
